Personal Data

  1. The controller of your personal data within the meaning of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter: “GDPR”), after registering on the website and in connection with using its functionality, is Krakowskie Szkoły Artystyczne, ul. Zamoyskiego 52, 30-523 Kraków.
  2. Your personal data will be processed by the Controller, in particular for the following purposes:
    • conclusion and performance of the contract for the provision of services by electronic means on the terms described in the “Portal Regulations”,
    • sending messages containing commercial information,
    • conducting marketing of entities cooperating with the Controller (with prior consent),
    • enabling contact with the Controller via contact forms,
    • defense against possible claims,
    • for analytical and statistical purposes.
    • The data will be transferred to entities processing it on our behalf based on agreements with the Controller, but only for the purpose and to the extent necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, including, among others, entities providing IT services or other services for us that ensure the proper functioning of the ksa.edu.pl website, whereby such entities process data exclusively in accordance with the Controller’s instructions.

The data will be transferred to entities processing it on our behalf based on agreements with the Controller, but only for the purpose and to the extent necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, including, among others, entities providing IT services or other services for us that ensure the proper functioning of the ksa.edu.pl website, whereby such entities process data exclusively in accordance with the Controller’s instructions.
  4. In addition to the entities mentioned, your data may be disclosed only to entities authorized to do so under national or EU law. The website Controller has exercised due diligence to properly secure the personal data provided, and in particular against its disclosure to unauthorized persons.
  5. Your personal data will be processed only for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of processing or until you withdraw your consent. The Controller reserves the right to process data for a period of up to 3 months from the moment the purposes are achieved in connection with the implementation of its own analytical and statistical purposes.
  6. Your personal data may be processed on the basis of:
    • consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), in particular for the marketing purposes of cooperating entities,
    • in connection with the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), in particular in the case of ordering the Newsletter service or in connection with using the functionality of the ksa.edu.pl portal described in the Portal Regulations;
    • fulfillment of an obligation arising from both national and EU law in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR;
    • for purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including responding to questions sent via the “Contact” tab and for the Controller’s statistical and analytical purposes, where the Controller’s legitimate interest is the ability to conduct analyses and statistics of its activities arising from Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as well as for the purpose of defense against possible claims based on the Controller’s legitimate interest, where the Controller’s legitimate interest is to defend the Controller against claims from third parties.
  7. It is possible to withdraw the consents expressed on the website at any time, including consent for the processing of data for marketing purposes of entities cooperating with the Controller. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out before its withdrawal.
