Enrollment is open all year round!
Admission Requirements
Applications to Krakow School of Arts are accepted throughout the year. The number of places is limited, and there are no entrance exams – admission is determined by the order of applications, based on the submission of documents and payment of the enrollment fee. The recruitment process is considered complete only when all required documents and the enrollment fee have been received by the School.
How to apply?
Fill out the registration form.
You will receive an email at the provided address with a payment link via Stripe.
Pay the registration fee – this is a non-refundable fee that secures your spot at the School.
After making the payment, you will receive another email with your login credentials and instructions on how to submit documents through the platform.
Log in to the Ksavery platform.
Upload the required documents (see the list below).
You’re all set! Your account in the Ksavery system is now active and will serve you throughout your studies – WELCOME TO THE SCHOOL!
Required Documents
All Schools: high school diploma or university degree – Matura exam is not required
School of Choreography: medical certificate confirming general good health
SPOT Acting School: medical certificates: (1) from a doctor confirming general good health + (2) from a speech therapist confirming the absence of speech impediments
International Students: copy of passport
Studying at the School entitles non-EU citizens to apply for a visa

- Registration fee: 150 Euro
- Education fees: 990 Euro per semester
FEES FOR NON EU CITIZENS:
- Registration fee: 250 Euro
- Education fees: 1600 Euro per semester
Fees must be paid by transfer in Euro.
You are liable for bank charges and you must instruct your bank accordingly.

ISIC Card
As a student of Cracow School of Art and Fashion Design (Krakowskie Szkoły Artystyczne), you have the opportunity to obtain a free ISIC Card, which entitles you to many discounts and rebates in Poland and around the world. Please note – the ISIC Card does not entitle you to discounts on public transport!
