Gum bichromate
The gum bichromate technique is one of the oldest photographic methods, created over 150 years ago. From its very beginning, its goal was to compete with painting.
In our workshop, negatives are prepared digitally, which allows for creative freedom, and then the print is made according to classic principles. A single print requires multiple exposures. By combining traditional techniques with digital processing, our students can create works that merge the historical heritage of photography with a modern artistic approach.
