DYSTOPIAN SEA. The diploma author's first encounter with death occurred when, as a small child, she was close to drowning. She then saw a huge, upside-down ferry drifting towards her. She survived, but the dark, sometimes imaginary visions from her childhood remained. To befriend our greatest enemy, we must know its deepest depths to be able to surface again.
