Accessory design

Accessory design is the art of creating details that emphasize the character of a styling and give it an individual expression. In this studio, SAPU students design accessories that become an integral part of the collection—cohesive with its atmosphere, form and message.

Work on accessories requires precision, a sense of proportion and the ability to work with diverse materials. It is the accessories—handbags, jewelry, belts or other elements — that often determine the strength and uniqueness of a design.

In the Accessory Design Studio, students learn how to consciously build form and how to strengthen the style of the entire silhouette through detail.
