Fashion Laboratory 2015
The Fashion Laboratory 2015 show, held at Forum Przestrzenie in Kraków, was attended by approximately 1,000 guests. The runway featured electrifying fashion designed by first- and second-year SAPU students, who worked with two challenging fabrics — raw cotton and denim.
The young SAPU designers showcased their creativity by producing a wide range of garments, from futuristic designs to references to classic styles. Second-year students were also tasked with designing a white shirt, a creative challenge that demonstrated that fashion still has untold possibilities. In total, about 200 SAPU designs were presented by 35 models from the Reklamex Agency. A large audience of around 1,000 people filled the grand hall of the former Forum Hotel in Kraków.
The Forum Przestrzenie show concluded the three-day Fashion Laboratory organized by SAPU. Fashion enthusiasts also had the opportunity to meet Aleksandra Boćkowska, author of the acclaimed book To nie są moje wielbłądy. O modzie w PRL, and Katarzyna Gola, author of the blog Geek Goes Chic, recently nominated for a WGSN award. Additionally, design workshops were held at the SAPU building on ul. Zamoyskiego 52 in Kraków.
