Privacy Policy
§.1 General Provisions
- The data administrator is Krakowskie Szkoły Artystyczne with its registered office at ul. Zamoyskiego 52, 30-523 Kraków, NIP: 6762187164, REGON: 356303070. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and their storage takes place on secure servers.
- For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Regulations shall apply or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it follows directly from the description).
- For the purpose of a better understanding of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” is replaced by “You,” and “Administrator” by “We.” The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- We respect the right to privacy and care about data security. For this purpose, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used, among others.
- Personal data provided in the form on the landing page is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.
§2. Data Controller
- The service provider is the administrator of its customers’ data. This means that if you have an account on our site, we process your data such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address.
- The service provider is also the administrator of persons subscribed to the [for example] newsletter and persons signed up for a webinar.
- Personal data is processed:
- in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
- in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
- to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, change or terminate it, and to correctly implement the Services provided electronically,
- to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject:to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent you have given if [for example] you have subscribed to the newsletter,
to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent you have given if [for example] you have signed up for a webinar.
- Every data subject (if we are their administrator) has the right to access the data, rectify, delete or limit the processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
- Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data in the Service Provider’s organization is possible electronically at the e-mail address: ksa@ksa.edu.pl.
- We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary to pursue any claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain the data.
- The Service Provider has the right to share the User’s personal data and their other data with entities authorized under the relevant provisions of law (e.g., law enforcement agencies).
- The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or the submission of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
- The Service Provider does not share personal data with entities other than those authorized under the relevant provisions of law.
- We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption, and we have introduced access control, thanks to which we minimize the effects of a possible data security breach.
- Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.
