    01.What experience does the School have and what distinguishes its educational program?

    Our School has many years of experience in education, operating in the market for over 30 years. We are one of the first private institutions of this type in Central and Eastern Europe. We emphasize modern and practical teaching in an international environment, also offering our program in English. Our goal is to develop passions, acquire artistic and technological skills, and build a network of professional contacts.

    02.What does the recruitment process look like and what are the requirements?

    At our School, there are no entrance exams or age restrictions. What’s most important to us is your passion and willingness to grow. To join, all you have to do is enroll.

    03.How long is the course of study and in what modes can one study?

    The course of study lasts 2.5 years, which includes 5 semesters. We offer two modes of study:

    • Full-time: classes are held from Monday to Friday (20-25 hours per week).
    • Part-time: classes are held on selected weekends (2 sessions per month, 16-20 hours per session). The academic year runs from October to June, with a three-month summer break after each year.
    04.What can I learn and what does the curriculum look like?

    The curriculum is focused on practice and developing creative independence. It covers a wide range of subjects, from clothing design (womenswear, menswear, accessories), through art and illustration, to technology, sewing, and garment construction. We also teach the use of graphic design software, styling, fashion photography, and the fundamentals of business and brand building. Students have access to professional workshops and the opportunity to collaborate with media and companies from the industry.

    05.What qualifications will I gain after graduating and what are the career prospects?

    After completing your studies, you will receive a diploma with a professional title (in this case, Fashion Designer) and a professional portfolio of your completed projects. Our graduates successfully develop their own brands or work as designers, stylists, illustrators, or costume designers, both domestically and abroad. The school prepares you to enter the fashion market, teaching not only design but also collaboration with the industry, media, and influencers.

    06.How much is the tuition fee at SAPU?

    How much is the tuition fee at SAPU? The tuition fee for the 2025/2026 academic year is:

    • Full-time mode: 760 PLN per month (from October to June),
    • PART-TIME/WEEKEND MODE: 760 PLN per month (from October to June). During the summer break between the I–II and II–III years, a fee of 300 PLN per month applies. The registration fee is 500 PLN and is payable by bank transfer to the school’s account (non-refundable fee).

    SAPU students have free access to the sewing workshop and computer lab, including outside of class hours.

    They participate in four semester shows and present their diploma collections during Cracow Fashion Week – one of the most important fashion events in Poland.

    The top student receives a scholarship in the form of a tuition waiver for the final semester of study.

    08.What are the career prospects after graduating from SAPU?

    SAPU graduates work in Poland and internationally as designers, pattern makers, stylists, illustrators, and fashion marketing specialists. Many start their own brands or work for renowned companies such as Reserved, Mohito, Bytom, Solar, MISBHV, and Ryłko.

    SAPU students and graduates have interned with John Galliano and Alexander McQueen, collaborated with Balenciaga, and presented their collections in Paris, Milan, and New York.

    09.Does the school offer education in English?

    Yes. SAPU also runs the International School of Fashion Design—an English-language program for international students and those planning an international career (full-time).

    02.SPOT - Acting School
    01.Is there an age limit for candidates for the SPOT School of Acting?

    The SPOT School of Acting accepts people up to the age of 30; candidates over this age are required to have a qualifying interview with the school’s management. Both high school graduates and university graduates are accepted. Age is not a limitation – what is key is genuine passion, commitment, and readiness to work.

    02.What does the full-time schedule look like? What are the class hours?

    Classes in the full-time program are held from Monday to Friday. At the end of each month, students receive the schedule for the following month. Students are informed in advance of any changes through the student platform, for which each student receives an individual login and password at the beginning of the school year.

    Classes can start as early as 8:00 AM and end as late as 9:00 PM. There are 28 lesson hours scheduled per week, which may be distributed differently on various days of the week (e.g., 6 hours on Monday, 5 hours on Tuesday). If there is a day off during the week, the number of class hours on the remaining days may be increased. The schedule is adapted to the availability of the lecturers, who are active actors and theater directors.

    03.What does the schedule for the part-time program look like? On what days and at what times do classes take place?

    Classes in the part-time program are held on Saturdays and Sundays, every two weeks. In some cases, the break between sessions may be three weeks, for example, due to weekends that include public holidays; however, this does not affect the total number of sessions during the school year. Classes can start as early as 8:00 AM and finish around 9:00 PM.

    04.What are the admission requirements for the SPOT Acting School? What documents do I need to submit and by what deadline?

    To be admitted to the SPOT Acting School, you must download the application documents available in the Recruitment tab, and then fill out the application form, the declaration, and the questionnaire. Remember to indicate your chosen mode of study (full-time or part-time) and to sign all documents.

    The complete set of documents must include: proof of payment of the 500 PLN registration fee, a high school graduation certificate, a copy of your ID card, a current medical certificate, and four ID photos. You can submit the recruitment documents in person or send them by registered mail to the school’s office.

    Recruitment continues until the limit of places is reached – there is no specific deadline for submitting applications. We kindly remind you that admission to the SPOT Acting School is guaranteed upon payment of the registration fee. Candidates who pay the fee first have priority for admission, so it is recommended to submit all required documents promptly.

    05.Do candidates for the SPOT Acting School have to take an entrance exam?

    There is no entrance exam for the Acting School. When accepting candidates, we are guided primarily by their motivation to work, genuine passion, and commitment. These are key traits for achieving success in the acting profession. During the first year of studies, students gain knowledge of the curriculum subjects as well as skills in coping with stress and gaining stage presence. Thanks to a comprehensive approach to learning, after two years of education, graduates become actors who are thoroughly prepared to practice their profession.

    06.What are the career prospects after graduating from the SPOT Acting School?

    07.What is the tuition fee for the full-time and part-time programs?

    The tuition fee for both the full-time and part-time programs from September to June is 750 PLN per month. During the break between the first and second year, in July and August, a fee of 300 PLN per month applies. Additionally, at the end of the second year, a diploma fee is charged.

    08.Is the Matura (high school exit exam) certificate required, or is a high school completion certificate sufficient?

    For recruitment purposes, only a high school completion certificate is required.

    09.When do students receive their student record book and class schedule?

    The student record book and the detailed class schedule are given to students at the beginning of the school year. Beforehand, in the case of the part-time program, students receive the schedule of sessions and information regarding the organization of the academic year by email.

    Yes. Studying at the SPOT Acting School allows students to apply for a visa, and the school accepts students from all over the world.

    03.SKF - School of Creative Photography
    01.Are there any entrance exams or age restrictions?

    No. There are no entrance exams or age limits for the School of Creative Photography. We teach from the basics, so we welcome both beginners and those who want to develop their existing photography experience. Admission is based on the order of applications and payment of the registration fee.

    02.How long does the program last and what diploma will I receive upon graduation?

    The program at SKF lasts 2 years (4 semesters). Graduates receive a diploma with the title ‘Artysta Fotografik’ (Photographic Artist). The school is registered with the Art Education Centre (Centrum Edukacji Artystycznej) at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.

    No, SKF is a post-secondary school (college of further education), not a higher education institution. The program does not end with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.     The program lasts 2 years (4 semesters) in part-time/weekend mode – classes are held two weekends a month, with approximately 18 lesson hours per session. Graduates receive a diploma with the title ‘Specjalista ds. Visual Merchandisingu’ (Visual Merchandising Specialist, Interior Designer and Decorator).

    02.Are there entrance exams for SVM?

    No, you can enroll in the school without entrance exams and without age restrictions. We teach from the basics, so no prior experience in design, fashion, or architecture is required.

    03.How are the classes organized?

    Classes are held in professional studios belonging to the Krakow Art Schools. The program is practical in nature – we place a strong emphasis on design exercises, work in the VM studio, and the implementation of original concepts for exhibitions and displays.

    04.What computer programs are included in the curriculum?

    Students learn to use key tools utilized in the VM and interior design industry, including: SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, and CorelDraw. The program also includes classes in 3D visualization and creating a professional portfolio.

    The School of Interiors and Space places a strong emphasis on learning modern tools essential in a designer’s work.     Upon completion of the programme, graduates receive a diploma with the title ‘Choreograf’ (Choreographer) and ‘Instruktor tańca nowoczesnego’ (Modern Dance Instructor), which entitles them to conduct dance classes in a wide range – from contemporary dance, through modern, to stage and folk dance – with various age groups.

    Classes take place in the professional facilities of the Krakow School of Art: the theatre hall, ballet studio, recording studio, and photography studio.

    The lecturers are experienced choreographers, dancers, and educators, including individuals with academic titles who collaborate with theatres, ballet schools, and dance companies in Poland and across Europe. The school also cooperates programmatically and artistically with the Accademia Eurodanza in Messina (Italy).
