Admission Requirements
Applications for Cracow School of Art and Fashion Design (Krakowskie Szkoły Artystyczne) are accepted throughout the year. The number of places is limited; there are no entrance exams – admission is on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the date of submission of documents and payment of the registration fee.
Required Documents
- International Student Application Form with your signature, which you will receive in your e-mail after you apply online
- 2 photos (3.5×4.5 cm)
- A photocopy of University Diploma or High School Diploma in English
- Proof of payment of the registration fee
- A photocopy of the passport page with photo and personal data.
If your documents are not in English, we require a notarised English translation by a court-approved translator.
If you need a Polish visa you must provide us with proof of payment for the first semester of study along with the registration fee.
If you don’t need a Polish visa you must provide us with proof of payment for the first semester before September 1, 2026.
How to apply?
- Fill out the online application of chosen study below.
- Pay the registration fee via bank transfer. The registration fee is a non-refundable payment that guarantees a place at the School. The registration fee cannot be paid at the Education Department. In the payment title, please include:
– student’s full name
– field of study
– mode: full-time or part-time/weekend mode
– system: stationary or online - Send/deliver the required documents, along with proof of payment of the registration fee, to the Education Department in person.
The recruitment process is complete only when all documents and the registration fee have reached the School.

Foreigners
Studying at the School entitles you to apply for a visa.
The following individuals, provided they speak fluent Polish, can study on the same terms as Polish citizens:
- Foreigners from the following countries: Slovakia, Belarus, Czechia, Hungary, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Georgia, Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan
- Holders of a valid Pole’s Card (Karta Polaka)
- Foreigners who have been granted refugee status in the Republic of Poland
- Foreigners benefiting from temporary protection in the territory of the Republic of Poland
ISIC Card
As a student of Cracow School of Art and Fashion Design (Krakowskie Szkoły Artystyczne), you have the opportunity to obtain a free ISIC Card, which entitles you to many discounts and rebates in Poland and around the world. Please note – the ISIC Card does not entitle you to discounts on public transport!
Tuition fees
FULL-TIME MODE – 5 semesters – the annual tuition fee has been divided into monthly installments for students’ convenience:
- October-June: 760 PLN/month
- July-September: 300 PLN/month (between the 1st and 2nd year and the 2nd and 3rd year)
PART-TIME/WEEKEND MODE – 5 semesters – the annual tuition fee has been divided into monthly installments for students’ convenience:
- October-June: 760 PLN/month
- July-September: 300 PLN/month (between the 1st and 2nd year and the 2nd and 3rd year)
FEES FOR:
- European Union Citizens
- Citizens of United Kingdom, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan,Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan
- Registration fee: 150 Euro
- Education fees: 990 Euro per semester
Fees must be paid by transfer in Euro.
You are liable for bank charges and you must instruct your bank accordingly.
FEES FOR non EU Citizens:
- Registration fee: 250 Euro
- Education fees: 1600 Euro per Semester
