BASIC INFORMATION REGARDING STUDY RULES AT THE SCHOOL

  1. Education at the School is fee-based.
  2. The enrollment fee is a non-refundable payment that guarantees a place at the School.
  3. Monthly tuition is payable by the 10th day of each month.

    a) Failure to pay tuition beyond the 30th day of the month results in removal from the student roster. Reinstatement to the student roster occurs upon written application and is subject to a reactivation fee of 50 EURO;

    b) Non-attendance at classes does not exempt the Student from the obligation to pay tuition on time;

    c) Being up to date with tuition payments is a condition for admission to the examination session.

  4. Course assessments and examinations during the regular first period are free of charge. Resit examinations are subject to a fee, except in cases specified in the Examination Regulations.

  5. Satisfactory academic progress is a requirement for continuing studies and receiving a diploma.

  6. The diploma fee is 220 EURO.

  7. All fees at Krakowskie Szkoły Artystyczne (Cracow Schools of Art) may be subject to quarterly indexation.

  8. During a semester, a Student may not miss more than 2 classes per subject in the full-time program and 1 class per subject in the part-time program. Excuses for absences must be presented to the lecturers. Upon a lecturer’s request, a Student who has been unexcusedly absent more than twice may be barred from the examination session.

  9. Design, painting, drawing, and 3D/spatial works created under the academic supervision of the School are the property of the School. Project realizations made using School materials are the property of the School. Project realizations made using the Student’s materials remain the property of the Student.

  10. The School assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of works sent to exhibitions.

  11. Prior to starting your studies, acceptance of the full regulations of the chosen School is required.
