Terms&Conditions

• Payment has to be made in full before the workshop in order to secure your place at any workshop of your choice.
• If a workshop is cancelled by Cracow School of Art and Fashion Design(in the event of an exceptional situation) all booking fees will be refunded in full or the option to be transferred onto another date for free will be given.
• Cracow School of Art and Fashion Design will refund you 100% of the workshop fee for cancellations made at least 50 working days before the workshop date or will allow you to reschedule on a different date.
• Cracow School of Art and Fashion Design will not refund you the workshop fee for cancellations made less than 50 working days before the workshop date but will allow you to reschedule on a different date and pay the difference. You can contact us to discuss options.
• Cracow School of Art and Fashion Design reserves the right to charge a 80 PLN cancellation fee for any cancellations.
• Gift Vouchers fees are not refundable.
• Workshop fees are not refundable once you started the workshop .
• Workshops fees are nor refundable to those who booked and attended the workshop.
• If you wish to change a workshop to a different type of workshop a 50 PLN management fee applies.
• If you wish to reschedule a workshop 15 working days before the course date a 50 PLN fee applies for rescheduling.
• If you are unable to attend a workshop, the fee is not refundable, if you wish to attend the workshop in the future it will be necessary to pay the fee again.
• Cracow School of Art and Fashion Design reserves the right to cancel the enrolment in case of non-payment of the full workshop fee before the workshop .
