The idea of education in Cracow School of Art and Fashion Design is not only to give a knowledge which will be useful in the everyday work, but also to give the opportunity to practice. During the each year of study, young designers can take part in the unusual events and fashion shows. One of them took part during the latest edition of Cracow Fashion Week. In this fashion show took part both students from the first and second years of Fashion Faculty called SAPU. Their collection were different ones and you can see all the designed below.
No waste – collection designed by the first year students
The first Collection designed by the first year students was focused on the ecology in fashion. The idea of „No waste” is not only to use the recycled or old and destroyed things in a creative way, but is also about don’t wasting the material used in the projects. The inspiration for young designers was the different structures in nature. The whole project was tutored by Pat Guzik and Anna Niemczyk. More about the „No waste” show you can read on our blog.
Urban tribe – collection by the second years students
Each student of the second year of Fashion Faulty in Cracow School of Art and Fashion Design have to prepare the two designs. Most of them was a kind of haute couture – good also in the technical aspects and in the artistic ones.
