European Fashion Accelerator 2017 - Cracow School of Art and Fashion Design - KSA

The Cracow School of Art and Fashion Design was the partner European Fashion Accelerator 2017. Read more about the event in which took part students of SAPU—school of Fashion Design and also our chief Dr Jerzy Gaweł, who had own lecture during the event.

The Fashion Accelerator

The Fashion Accelerator is an event dedicated to young designers and students. During the whole event they could not only take part in many fashion shows, but also in lectures and discussion panels. SAPU graduates on European Fashion Accelerator

In event take part also SAPU graduates Sandra Stachura and Piotr Popiołek. Designs of Sandra Stachura were published in “Vogue” Italia, Polish edition of “Elle”, “Lounge Magazine”. She also took part in many important competitions dedicated to young designers and in “Off Fashion” she won the second place. She presented her collection titled “Deep space”

Piotr Popiołek was titled “Best International Designer” during the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Central Europe. He is also a winner of Cracow Fashion Awards during Cracow Fashion Week and of the completion during Silesia Fashion Days. On European Fashion Accelerator he presented his collection titled “iD”.

Lecture

During the whole event participants can also take part in lectures. One of them was tutored by Dr Jerzy Gaweł, head of Cracow School of Art and Fashion Design. The lecture was titled:
„Ageless Fashion Showing plenty pictures with touch of social aspects of fashion and make up. Intended not only for designers, but also for photography students, lovers of photography, etc.
