YOU CAN APPLY if you are a self-employed professional or SME active in any of the eligible lifestyle industry sectors: textile\/fashion,\u00a0leather\/fur, footwear, furniture\/home decoration\/interior design\/architecture, jewellery, and accessories; and have any of the following business activities: design, manufacturing\/craftsmanship, technology development.<\/strong><\/p>\n

WORTH Partnership Project II creates and supports transnational collaborations between designers, creative people, manufacturing enterprises (SMEs), crafters\/makers and technology firms looking to develop design-driven and innovative products.<\/p>\n

The selected projects will benefit from an incubator programme valued at \u20ac60,000 consisting of:<\/p>\n

  • Media kit including: international media relation activity, advertising and social media marketing<\/li>\n
  • \u20ac 10.000 to \u20ac 20.000 funding<\/li>\n
  • Participation in two international events related to design to showcase the products developed<\/li>\n
  • A tailor-made mentoring programme<\/li>\n
  • Training<\/li>\n
  • Cross-sector collaboration and participation in networking events<\/li>\n

    WORTH PARTNERSHIP PROJECT
    \n1st CALL FOR PROPOSALS OPENS 19th October 2021
    \nInspiring innovation through creative connections around Europe<\/p>\n

    WORTH Partnership Project is funded by the European Commission under COSME, the EU Programme for the competitiveness of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.<\/p>\n

    WORTH is the sole European project where designers, SMEs, manufacturers, and tech providers work together to develop innovative, design-oriented business ideas.<\/p>\n

    The project focuses on lifestyle industries, including fashion and textile, footwear, leather and fur, furniture\/home decoration\/interior design, jewellery and accessories.<\/p>\n

    The project provides companies with an incubation programme to develop new businesses, including a) 10.000 to 20.000 \u20ac in financial support; b) coaching on business strategy and technology development; c) legal advice on intellectual property rights and protection; d) participation in exhibitions; e) networking and professional links.<\/p>\n

    Launched in 2021, WORTH II follows the success of the first edition (2017-2021). 200 transnational partnerships will be selected in three calls for proposals, involving partners from EU-27, UK and COSME countries.<\/p>\n
