Naszymi gośćmi Cracow Fashion Week 2018 będą w tym roku chińscy projektanci, Jiefei Wang oraz Wenwen Hou. W Radzie Wysokiej Mody zasiądzie natomiast Bin Chen, profesor wydziału mody Uniwersytetu w Szanghaju.
Kolekcje chińskich projektantów zobaczymy podczas Gali Cracow Fashion Awards, która odbędzie się 10 marca w Centrum Kongresowym ICE Kraków.
Jiefei Wang oraz Wenwen Hou studiują na Uniwersytecie w Szanghaju.

Bin Chen jest projektantem mody, profesorem wydziału mody Uniwersytetu w Szanghaju, autorem licznych książek branżowych oraz członkiem China Fashion Association. Otrzymał on wiele prestiżowych nagród, m.in. pierwsze miejsce w konkursie Chine Cup Fashion Design, Shanghai Yucai Awards oraz tytuł Outstanding Young Teachers in Shanghai. Podczas tegorocznej edycji Cracow Fashion Week zasiądzie w Radzie Wysokiej Mody, która będzie oceniać kolekcje młodych projektantów.

Collections from China during Cracow Fashion Week
It will be fashion encounter of cultures from the most distant places of the world. During Cracow Fashion Week (10-18th March 2018), which is organized by Fashion Faculty of Cracow School of Art and Fashion Design in partnership with city of Kraków, we will admire the collections of designers from China. Their designs will present, among others, Jiefei Wang and Wenwen Hou, who for this occasion will arrive to Kraków. In the High Fashion Council will participate Bin Chen, professor of fashion faculty at University of Shanghai.
Collections of Chinese designers studying at Univeristy of Shanghai will be presented at Cracow Fashion Awards gala, on the 10th March in ICE Kraków Congress Centre.
The event consists also of competition for the best diploma collection among Fashion Faculty graduates.
Throughout Cracow Fashion Week (10-18th March) many fascinating events will take place. Worth mentioning is Focus on Fashion – international fashion photography exhibition – opening on 12th March in a Grey Gallery of Nowa Huta Cultural Centre.
Lectures and workshops of designing, redressing and styling led by the teachers of Fashion Faculty are almost all free of charge.
Cracow Fashion Week is co-financed by the city of Kraków.
